TEACHER FIT SESSIONS
Our “Teacher Fit” program is a tailored program encompassing teamwork, boxfit, cardio-vascular training, strength & conditioning training and core stability.

Teacher Fit program is a term based fitness program which operates at your school. Sessions are usually 30mins or 45mins in duration.
We cater for all fitness levels from first timers to advanced fitness levels.

KIDS FIT
PROGRAM
Our Active Beats Kids Fit program is a tailored program encompassing teamwork, fun, exercise and knowledge on why we should exercise.
Kids Fit program is a 1 to 2 day fitness program which operates at your school normally to tie in with Health week or something similar. Sessions are normally 45mins in duration or the length of a normal class session.
Programs are in the theme of Bootcamp, where the emphasis is on interactive group based fitness activities. ​ We cater for all fitness levels fitness levels. ​
Most equipment will be supplied. We recommend you bring to each session is: Appropriate training attire & a Bottle of water
