Online SESSIONS
These online sessions are run personally by head trainer Steve, and are designed to feel like you are still training as a group and getting the motivation you need.
These are live sessions, correcting techniques and pushing you every step of the way, all while still adhering to the strict Social Distancing rules from the comfort of your own home.

HOW TO BOOK
Join our Facebook page for reminders to book in your sessions for the coming week.

To book in your sessions, simply head over to the Online Sessions Booking Form HERE and let us know which sessions you want to join.
​
Once you submit your form, we'll confirm and send you through all the relevant info for the session.
JOINING A SESSION
On the day of the session, we'll send you the Zoom App link you'll need to join, along with a list of any equipment that you'll need.
​
You will need to log in at least 5 mins prior to the session start time to ensure you're all set up and ready to go.
​
Sessions will include warm up, exercise and cool down/stretching.
​
Session length = 45mins

Individual Rate per week:
(GROUP SESSIONS)
1-3 sessions = $10 per session
4 x sessions = $35
5 x sessions PLUS = $40

4 x sessions = $60
5 x sessions PLUS= $70
